Position:
Network Administrator/Engineer

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day IT functions at client sites in the NW Ohio and Southern Michigan area, including Windows 2000 network administration, Exchange 2000 administration, backup and recovery, network security, and WAN connectivity.

Requirements:
At least 1 year administration experience with configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows 2000. Experience with Active Directory and solid networking skills are required. MSCE, CCNA, or other vendor certifications are a plus.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Position:
.NET Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
Work with clients on to develop leading edge business solutions tailored to their specific needs. A successful candidate must possess strong technical skill, be comfortable in client meetings, be able to communicate complex technical details to non-technical decision makers. Outstanding communication skills and good client relations are a must.

Requirements:

• BS in computer science or appropriate MCSD/MCAD certifications.
• 3 Year professional development experience with a focus on object oriented Windows development.
• 1 Year .NET experience (VB/C#/ASP)
• Strong experience working with large databases, including SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of and competence with core technologies related to the web.
• Ability to work with clients and end users to develop and document project scope and requirements.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
• Must be self motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills.
• Willing to travel to client sites for meetings as needed.
